Job Description
Are you passionate about live events and looking for an exciting part-time opportunity? Legends Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Weekend Event Ushers in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This is a fantastic chance to be at the center of thrilling events, ensuring guest comfort and safety while enjoying the electrifying atmosphere. Work directly with fans and guests, guiding them to their seats and providing assistance, all while potentially catching glimpses of the big game or performance!
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon entry and provide directions to their assigned seats, restrooms, concessions, and other venue facilities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing accurate information and courteous assistance.
- Proactively identify and address guest needs and concerns, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with venue rules and regulations, gently reminding guests of policies as needed for safety and enjoyment.
- Monitor assigned seating areas for cleanliness and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with crowd management and emergency evacuation procedures as trained.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing Legends Hospitality with excellence.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and navigate stairs.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible weekend hours.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or event-based role.
- Familiarity with the venue or local area attractions.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
