Job Description
Are you looking for a physically active role with a leading logistics company? FedEx Ground is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Hub Laborers in Pasco, Washington. This essential role involves handling packages within our fast-paced sortation facility. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting packages, ensuring they reach their destinations safely and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages from vehicles, trailers, and conveyor belts.
- Scan packages using handheld devices to track their movement.
- Sort packages efficiently according to destination codes.
- Handle packages of various sizes and weights, up to 75 lbs.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational goals.

- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 75 lbs.
