You will be instrumental in maintaining a safe and orderly environment, providing assistance, and acting as a visible deterrent to potential issues, all while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a visible presence to deter undesirable activities and ensure a secure environment.
- Monitor designated areas for suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or rule violations.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to community members, visitors, and colleagues.
- Report any incidents, observations, or concerns promptly and accurately to supervisors.
- Assist with crowd control and event safety as needed.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Participate actively in all required training and development programs.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and community leaders to enhance overall safety.
