Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and locate products with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, including shelves, aisles, and checkout counters.
- Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring products are fresh and properly displayed.
- Operate basic retail equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, price scanners).
- Support inventory management through accurate counting and reporting.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and food handling guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations and product placement.
