Job Description
Simmons Bank is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Afternoon Bank Associate to join our team in Little Rock. This part-time position is ideal for college students or individuals looking for flexible afternoon hours to complement their studies or other commitments. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive banking experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing checks.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and general banking needs, providing friendly and professional service.
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to other bank products and services.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools.
- Perform basic administrative tasks and support branch operations as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
