Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable individual to join our team as a Professional Harvester. This entry-level role offers a clear and structured career path to a Supervisory position. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain collection vehicles and other heavy machinery as required.
- Efficiently collect, sort, and process materials according to operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Actively participate in training programs designed for career progression to a supervisory role.
- Learn and apply leadership principles, preparing to guide and mentor future team members.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications
