Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable individual to join our team as a Professional Harvester. This entry-level role offers a clear and structured career path to a Supervisory position. You will be instrumental in the collection, sorting, and processing of various materials, contributing directly to our environmental goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and maintain collection vehicles and other heavy machinery as required.

  • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Actively participate in training programs designed for career progression to a supervisory role.
  • Learn and apply leadership principles, preparing to guide and mentor future team members.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
