Job Description
We are seeking a highly articulate and detail-oriented WFH Google Account Liaison to join our dynamic remote team. This role is 100% remote and focuses on managing key client relationships related to their Google services and products. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication, proactive support, and the effective delivery of solutions. Exceptional written communication skills are paramount for success in this professional role, as you will be responsible for drafting comprehensive reports, proposals, and correspondence that align with our high standards and client expectations. This position requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of Google’s ecosystem and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated liaison for assigned Google accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Draft, review, and edit all client-facing documentation, including emails, reports, proposals, and project updates, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to develop and present tailored solutions.
- Monitor client performance metrics related to Google services and provide insightful recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with clients to discuss strategy, progress, and upcoming initiatives.
- Manage and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Stay abreast of Google product updates, industry trends, and best practices to inform client strategies.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of Google products and services (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Workspace).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
