Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and articulate individual to join our customer interaction team at Google, focusing solely on chat and email support. This 100% remote role requires someone who can provide exceptional written support to Google users, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through our various products and services. You will be an expert communicator, capable of distilling complex information into clear, concise, and helpful responses, ensuring a positive customer experience without the need for phone interactions. This position is ideal for those who excel in a self-managed environment and have a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to a wide range of customer issues related to Google products and services.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, guiding users through step-by-step resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product changes and new features to ensure accurate support.
