Typhoon Texas Waterpark is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-time Theme Park Guest Hosts for the weekend summer peak season. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they depart. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests to Typhoon Texas Waterpark, providing a positive first impression.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding park attractions, showtimes, amenities, and policies.
  • Assist guests with ticket inquiries, directions, and general questions, resolving concerns with a friendly and efficient approach.
  • Actively engage with guests, anticipating their needs and offering assistance before being asked.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment.
  • Handle minor guest issues and complaints professionally, escalating complex situations to supervisory staff when necessary.
  • Support other park departments as needed to ensure smooth overall park operations.
  • Adhere to all park safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and fellow team members.
