Job Description
Walgreens is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Fulfillment Tech with a keen focus on sorting and shipping operations to join our team in Pasco, WA. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of pharmaceutical products, from their arrival at the fulfillment center to their final preparation for shipment. This includes precise sorting, packing, labeling, and verification of orders, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and stage pharmaceutical products for packaging and shipping.
- Verify prescription and product information against order documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Pack medications and healthcare products securely and efficiently for transit, adhering to specific packing guidelines.
- Apply correct shipping labels, documentation, and special handling instructions to packages.
- Operate and maintain automated sorting and packing equipment as required.
- Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies and communicate needs to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, warehouse, or fulfillment center setting
- Prior experience with sorting, shipping, or inventory management systems
- Pharmacy Technician certification or registration in Washington State (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)
