Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our production team as a Factory Helper. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and raw materials for baking.
- Operate basic bakery equipment under supervision, following safety guidelines.
- Monitor the production line for product quality and consistency, reporting any issues.
- Package finished bread and tortilla products according to company standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering strictly to hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Load and unload supplies, ingredients, and finished goods using appropriate methods.
- Perform other general factory duties as assigned by supervisors to support production.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English or Tagalog.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, including punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg.
- Basic communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Team player attitude with a willingness to collaborate.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
