In this critical role, you will be responsible for rigorously inspecting all aspects of airline catering operations, from food preparation and presentation to equipment loading and logistical processes. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of catered meals, beverages, and equipment according to airline specifications and company quality standards.
- Verify adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols throughout the catering process.
- Monitor portion control, presentation, and overall product quality before dispatch.
- Inspect catering equipment, trolleys, and containers for cleanliness, functionality, and proper configuration.
- Liaise with kitchen, logistics, and airline personnel to address and resolve any quality discrepancies promptly.
- Document inspection findings, deviations, and corrective actions accurately.
- Provide constructive feedback to production teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the training of new staff on quality control procedures.
- Ensure all catering items are loaded onto flights correctly and on schedule.
Required Skills
