Job Description

Are you passionate about technology and helping customers succeed? Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apple Customer Success Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Apple product users, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement with Apple’s ecosystem. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office. We are looking for individuals who are ready to start immediately and contribute to a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level customer support and technical assistance for a range of Apple products and services via phone, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and new services to enhance their Apple experience.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable interactions.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product changes, policy updates, and service improvements.
  • Identify and articulate opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Apple products and services (e.g., iOS, macOS, iCloud, Apple services).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with online communication tools.

  • Previous experience in a customer service, technical support, or sales role.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team setting.
