Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Apple Executive Liaison to provide exceptional high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while maintaining critical connections within our global organization. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner, capable of managing complex schedules, facilitating crucial communications, and executing administrative tasks with precision and foresight. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of corporate operations, excellent judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating high-level meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between executives, internal departments, external partners, and high-profile clients.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute confidential documents, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodation, and expense reporting (when applicable, as remote role minimizes travel).
  • Manage and track projects, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate information flow to and from senior leadership.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address administrative challenges, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, requiring independent research and project management capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and articulate demeanor.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
  • Strong technical aptitude, comfortable with virtual communication tools and remote work technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting executives in a global technology company.
  • Familiarity with Apple's product ecosystem and corporate culture.
