Job Description
As an Apple Social Media Strategist with a strong performance focus, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing high-impact social media campaigns specifically for the Apple brand. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and meet specific performance KPIs across various social platforms. Your expertise in understanding consumer behaviour, social media trends, and the Apple ecosystem will be crucial in crafting compelling narratives and optimizing content for maximum reach and effectiveness. This role demands a proactive individual with a keen analytical mind and a passion for technology and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Apple's brand objectives and performance goals.
- Conduct in-depth audience research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting relevant to the Apple ecosystem.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure social content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for platform-specific best practices.
- Manage social media budgets, forecasting, and reporting on ROI for all performance-focused initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media technologies, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation in social media marketing to drive breakthrough results.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (4+ years) in social media strategy and performance marketing, preferably with large tech or consumer electronics brands.
- Deep understanding of the Apple brand, products, and target audience.
- Expertise in various social media platforms, their analytics, and advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in social listening and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Experience working with creative agencies or in a client-facing strategy role.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for social campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social content discovery.
