Job Description
Are you a natural people-person with a warm smile and a knack for making others feel welcome? Apple is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Greeters in our Brighton Apple Store. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping their experience, directing them to the right team members, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit from the moment they step through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all customers as they enter the Apple Store, creating an inviting and friendly atmosphere.
- Act as the initial point of contact, identifying customer needs and directing them to appropriate specialists or departments.
- Manage customer flow, helping to maintain an organised and pleasant environment, especially during peak hours.
- Provide basic information about store layout, current promotions, and services available.
- Proactively engage with customers to offer assistance and answer general queries.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, embodying Apple's commitment to exceptional customer service.
