Job Description
Join our dedicated team as an Insulation Stuffing Laborer in Chichester. This is an essential role focused on the efficient and safe installation of insulation materials within various indoor construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and installing insulation, ensuring proper fit and adherence to project specifications. This physically active role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cut insulation materials according to project specifications.
- Stuff, fit, and secure insulation into walls, ceilings, floors, and other structural elements.
- Ensure all insulation work complies with safety standards and building codes.
- Handle and transport insulation materials safely and efficiently on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment related to insulation installation.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, including safety glasses, gloves, and respirators.

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
