Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to judicial office holders and court users.
- Prepare courtrooms for hearings, ensuring all necessary documentation and equipment are present.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of court proceedings, including recording attendees and managing exhibits.
- Liaise with members of the public, legal professionals, and other agencies in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and strict confidentiality.
- Assist with the processing of court orders, warrants, and other legal documents.
- Operate court technology, including audio-visual equipment and case management systems.
- Support the smooth flow of court business, including calling cases and directing parties.
- Adhere to all HMCTS policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Preferred Qualifications
