Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training programs related to forklift operation, safety protocols, and warehouse procedures.
- Learn to safely operate various material handling equipment, including sit-down, stand-up, and possibly reach trucks.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and movement of products and materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily equipment checks and minor maintenance tasks on forklifts as instructed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Accurately track and document product movement using scanning systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational needs and issues.
- Support inventory management through careful handling and placement of goods.

- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations.
- Basic mathematical and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial setting (even if not operating equipment).
- Valid driver's license.
