Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about bank products and services.
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to appropriate bank specialists for other financial needs.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
