Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about bank products and services.
  • Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
  • Identify opportunities to refer customers to appropriate bank specialists for other financial needs.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Handle confidential customer information with discretion and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
