Job Description

Join our passionate team as a Brass Teacher specializing in Trumpet and Trombone! We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled instructor to provide engaging lessons during weekend hours. This role involves teaching individual and group lessons to students of varying ages and abilities, inspiring a love for music and developing strong fundamental brass techniques. You will be responsible for lesson planning, student assessment, and preparing students for performances and examinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality individual and group instruction in Trumpet and Trombone.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to student needs and skill levels.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Prepare students for recitals, auditions, and examinations.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and upcoming events.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and lesson notes.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members on school events and initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Trumpet and Trombone.
  • Strong pedagogical skills with experience teaching brass instruments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
