Job Description
Join Market Force Information as a Coffee Shop Mystery Shopper in New Port Richey, FL! This unique contract opportunity allows you to contribute to improving customer service and quality at local coffee establishments during morning hours. Your observations and detailed feedback will help our clients maintain high standards and enhance their customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned coffee shops during morning shifts as per schedule.
- Evaluate customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere according to specific guidelines.
- Interact with staff as a regular customer, observing their demeanor and adherence to service protocols.
- Purchase specific items as required for the evaluation.
- Submit detailed, accurate, and objective reports online within 24 hours of the visit.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all program guidelines and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Strong written communication skills for detailed report submission.
- Reliable access to a computer with internet and email.
- Ability to maintain objectivity and attention to detail.
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
