Job Description

Join our dynamic team at DHL Express as a Concentrix Fulfillment Aide, an entry-level role perfect for individuals eager to start a career in logistics and supply chain. As a Fulfillment Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our warehouse and distribution center. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the fundamentals of logistics operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the receiving, sorting, and storing of incoming shipments and materials.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and ensure they are ready for dispatch.
  • Perform quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and prevent damages.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Participate in inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Basic computer literacy to operate scanning devices and inventory systems (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (even if informal).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS).
  • Valid driver’s license.
