Job Description

Join Appen as a Corporate FAQ Evaluator, playing a crucial role in the advancement of AI-powered response bots. In this 100% remote position, you will analyze, evaluate, and refine FAQ content to ensure our AI systems provide accurate, relevant, and helpful responses. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness and user experience of corporate virtual assistants and knowledge bases. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail who wish to contribute to cutting-edge AI technology from the comfort of their home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of existing FAQ content.
  • Identify gaps and inconsistencies in corporate knowledge bases.
  • Formulate clear, concise, and accurate responses to a wide range of corporate inquiries.
  • Train and provide feedback to AI response bots to improve their understanding and generation of answers.
  • Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to validate information.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all evaluated content and bot training data.
  • Analyze common user queries to proactively enhance FAQ content.
