As a Secret Shopping Agent, you will visit various businesses in your local area, perform specific tasks (like making a purchase, asking questions, or observing service), and then provide objective feedback through detailed online reports. Your insights help businesses improve their customer service, product quality, and overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Accept and complete secret shopping assignments within specified timeframes.
- Visit assigned businesses (restaurants, retail stores, banks, etc.) and accurately follow scenario instructions.
- Observe and evaluate customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and overall experience based on predefined criteria.
- Interact with staff members as required by the assignment script.
- Collect necessary data, such as product prices, staff names, or receipt details.
- Complete detailed and objective online reports, often within 24 hours of the shop.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and client information.
- Adhere to all guidelines and ethical standards set by Market Force Information.
