Job Description

As a Customer Interaction Scribe specializing in Solo Chat & Email, you will be the cornerstone of our digital customer support efforts. This critical entry-level role involves meticulously documenting customer interactions, providing accurate information, and resolving inquiries exclusively through chat and email platforms. You will work independently to ensure a high standard of written communication and customer satisfaction, acting as a direct link between our customers and our solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping others in a structured, digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately via chat and email.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional written communication to customers.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards and performance metrics for chat and email interactions.
  • Work independently to manage a queue of customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
