Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Partner Scribe to join our dynamic team in Irvine, CA. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in supporting our leading technology partners by meticulously documenting meetings, capturing key decisions, action items, and technical discussions. This position requires exceptional listening, writing, and communication skills to ensure clarity and accuracy in all partner interactions. You will work closely with account managers, technical teams, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and maintain comprehensive records, contributing directly to successful partner relationships and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend virtual and in-person meetings with technology partners, capturing detailed notes, key decisions, and action items.
  • Translate complex technical discussions into clear, concise, and easily understandable documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes, summaries, and follow-up communications in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of partner communications, documentation, and historical records.
  • Collaborate with account managers and technical teams to ensure alignment on partner requirements and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential communication gaps or misunderstandings within partner interactions.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials as needed.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to listen actively and accurately capture complex information.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Experience in a customer-facing or support role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Previous experience as a scribe, technical writer, or documentation specialist.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor or infrastructure software technologies.
