Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Partner Scribe to join our dynamic team in Riverside, CA. In this crucial role, you will act as a bridge between our cutting-edge technology solutions and our valued customer partners. You will be responsible for accurately capturing and documenting key discussions, technical specifications, action items, and follow-ups during meetings and interactions. Your ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable summaries will be vital in supporting our leading technology initiatives and ensuring seamless communication within our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend virtual and in-person meetings with customer partners and internal teams to meticulously document discussions, decisions, and technical requirements.
  • Translate complex technical jargon and business needs into easily understandable written content.
  • Create comprehensive meeting minutes, action item lists, and summary reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and account executives to ensure all partner-related information is accurately recorded and accessible.
  • Maintain and update a centralized knowledge base with partner-specific documentation and solutions.
  • Proactively identify gaps in documentation and propose improvements to existing processes.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and reports based on documented partner interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all company documentation standards and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to listen actively and capture detailed information accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with documentation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Basic understanding of technology concepts and ability to quickly grasp new technical information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical documentation, customer success, or support role within a technology company.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products and ecosystem.
  • Experience in an agile or fast-paced development environment.
  • Certification in technical writing or related disciplines.
