Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Operate various material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) after receiving proper training and certification.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a productive work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Basic communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is an asset, but not required.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck) is a plus.
