Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Operate various material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) after receiving proper training and certification.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Perform routine quality checks on products and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Basic communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is an asset, but not required.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck) is a plus.
