Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled EA Games Professional to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in various stages of game development, from concept to launch, ensuring high quality and player satisfaction. This 100% remote position requires a proactive individual with a passion for gaming and a strong understanding of game mechanics and player engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and artists to define and implement game features.
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle of gaming projects, from ideation to post-launch support.
- Analyze game data and player feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement iterative enhancements.
- Ensure the highest quality standards for gameplay, performance, and user experience.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and code reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game development.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members when applicable.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in game development engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine)
- Strong programming skills in C++ or C#
- Experience with game design principles and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
