Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly articulate Email Support Officer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers through written correspondence, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently and empathetically. Your strong written communication skills will be crucial in translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and helpful responses. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with a global team and customer base. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge base and support documentation.

  • Stay up-to-date with product changes and new features to provide informed support.
