Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Sprinter Driver to join our dynamic team in Provo, UT. This role is crucial for managing the group logistics for our internal operations, ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient transport of personnel, sensitive documents, and critical supplies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, outstanding organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor suitable for representing our company. You will be responsible for maintaining our fleet vehicles to the highest standards and executing complex logistical plans with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Sprinter van for the scheduled transport of executives, personnel, and critical materials within Provo and surrounding regions.
- Plan and optimize daily routes to ensure timely arrivals and efficient use of resources, adapting to real-time traffic or schedule changes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill specific group logistics requirements.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and ensure the Sprinter is always clean, fueled, and in excellent operating condition.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and service records.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Provide a high level of professional service and confidentiality to all passengers and during all deliveries.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as required, ensuring proper securing of items.
- Proactively identify and report any vehicle issues or safety concerns.
Required Skills
- Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly professional.
