Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Fast Food Service Pro in our Merchant City shop. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers have a positive experience, from preparing food to handling transactions and maintaining a clean, welcoming shop. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to Greggs' high standards, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Operate till systems, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and manage customer orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment, adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, resolving any queries or issues promptly.
- Restock food items, drinks, and supplies, ensuring the shop is always well-presented.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive atmosphere.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with till operation and point-of-sale systems.
