Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Analyst with a focus on Content Strategy to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing content strategies that support FedEx Freight’s marketing and communication objectives. You will analyze content performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance our digital presence and engagement. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a global brand from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor content, and SEO best practices to inform strategy.
- Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to ensure content consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and publication of high-quality assets.
- Identify opportunities for content repurposing, optimization, and innovation.
- Assist in the creation and editing of various content types, including articles, blogs, social media posts, and website copy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing tools, technologies, and trends.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with the logistics or transportation industry.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
