Job Description

Ethan Allen is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Front Desk Associate for our Augusta Retail Showroom. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, setting the tone for their design journey. You will manage showroom traffic, provide administrative support, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized individual with a passion for customer service and an appreciation for quality home furnishings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors to the showroom.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate design consultant or department.
  • Manage client appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain the pristine appearance of the reception area and showroom common spaces.
  • Assist design consultants with administrative tasks, including preparing client files and managing showroom supplies.
  • Process basic transactions and manage point-of-sale activities as needed.
  • Provide general information about Ethan Allen products, services, and showroom events.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
