Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Inquiry Clerk to join our team, working 100% remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of billing-related inquiries from Google users and partners, ensuring accuracy, timely resolution, and exceptional customer service. This stable, online position requires strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. You will be an integral part of our finance and customer support operations, contributing to a seamless and positive experience for our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve billing inquiries from customers via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account adjustments.
- Accurately update and maintain customer billing records and databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance and technical support, to resolve complex issues.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding billing policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security regarding customer financial information.
- Identify trends in billing inquiries and suggest improvements to processes or documentation.
- Complete daily tasks and projects with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
