Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Google Marketing Data Analyst with a strong focus on Consumer Insights to join our dynamic team in New Port Richey, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex marketing data from Google platforms into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize client campaigns. You will analyze performance across Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant Google marketing tools, identifying trends, uncovering consumer behaviors, and providing recommendations to enhance ROI and achieve client objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, a passion for data storytelling, and the ability to translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance across Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and other Google marketing platforms to identify key trends and insights.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) to present campaign results, consumer insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, account managers, and creative teams to understand business objectives and translate them into measurable KPIs.
- Uncover consumer behavior patterns and preferences through data mining and segmentation, informing targeting strategies and content optimization.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide strategic foresight and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Perform A/B testing analysis and provide data-backed recommendations for continuous campaign optimization.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients, articulating complex data in an understandable and persuasive manner.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically within digital marketing.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with other digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, programmatic advertising).
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and customer journey analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical software packages or programming languages (e.g., R, Python) for advanced analytics.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
