Job Description
Garmin International is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our manufacturing team as Weekend Unskilled Factory Hands. This part-time position is perfect for those looking to earn extra income on weekends, with no prior experience required. You will be an essential part of our production process, contributing to the efficient operation of our factory. We value punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic assembly tasks, packaging, and quality checks on the production line.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines and conveyors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Sort and organize materials for production, ensuring proper inventory flow.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (not required, but a plus).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (beneficial, but not required).
