Job Description

Currys is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apple Customer Liaison to join our retail support team in Harrogate. You will be the friendly face and expert guide for our customers, helping them discover, understand, and get the most out of their Apple devices and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing expert advice on Apple products and services.
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watch, and related accessories.
  • Assist customers with initial setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries regarding their Apple devices.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including product registrations and service plans.
  • Maintain a tidy and engaging Apple product display area, ensuring products are functional and well-presented.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Apple product launches, features, and software updates through continuous learning and training.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
