Job Description
As a Last Mile Logistics Intern – E-commerce Delivery, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic operations team in Manchester. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce logistics, specifically focusing on the critical “last mile” of delivery. You will assist in optimizing delivery routes, analyzing performance data, and contributing to projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing last-mile delivery performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the optimization of delivery routes and schedules to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot and resolve daily delivery challenges.
- Contribute to projects focused on process improvement, technology implementation, and driver support.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and project updates.
- Learn and apply Amazon's safety and quality standards in all operational activities.
- Engage with delivery service partners and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
