Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and limousines, following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant ride.
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and fueled vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members.
- Handle client inquiries and requests professionally and courteously.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge.
Required Skills
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3-5 years).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
- Ability to lift luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled in college/university preferred for tuition reimbursement).
- Previous professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, delivery, ride-share) is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with the Manchester, NH area and surrounding regions.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Comfortable using navigation systems and smartphone applications.
