Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company-provided or approved sedan for scheduled routes and on-demand requests during school hours.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of passengers, primarily school-aged children, adhering to designated schedules.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and well-maintained to ensure passenger comfort and safety.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting as needed, especially younger children or those requiring extra support.

- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding passenger information.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of Huntsville and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic laws.
Preferred Qualifications
