Job Description
As a Banking Risk Annotator with a Smart Working Data focus at TBC Bank, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our risk management capabilities by accurately labeling and categorizing various financial data points. Your work directly supports the development and refinement of machine learning models used in credit risk, market risk, and operational risk assessment. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, an understanding of data quality principles, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity for critical business decisions. This hybrid role allows for a blend of on-site collaboration and flexible remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately annotate and categorize banking and financial data according to predefined guidelines and taxonomies.
- Perform thorough quality assurance checks on annotated data to ensure high levels of precision and consistency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, risk analysts, and product managers to understand and refine annotation requirements and guidelines.
- Identify and escalate data quality issues or inconsistencies found in source data.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of annotation tools and processes.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and data security policies at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and maintain exceptional accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using data annotation tools or similar data entry/processing software.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts or a strong willingness to learn banking domain specifics.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, finance, or a related data-intensive field.
- Familiarity with risk management concepts (e.g., credit risk, market risk, operational risk).
- Proficiency in Georgian language.
- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
