Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by performing routine tasks such as tidying aisles, cleaning spills, and organizing displays.
• Stock shelves, arrange merchandise according to planograms, and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Support fellow team members with various store operations as needed to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and loss prevention protocols.
• Actively participate in all provided training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in high school or an equivalent educational program.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate store needs and school schedule.
• Possess a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to attendance and work ethic.
