Job Description

This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn and master the art of massage therapy and aromatherapy under the guidance of experienced professionals. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all theoretical and practical training sessions related to massage therapy, aromatherapy, and other holistic wellness practices.
- Observe and assist senior therapists during client consultations and treatment delivery, learning proper techniques and client care protocols.
- Practice massage and aromatherapy techniques diligently on training models and fellow trainees to develop proficiency and confidence.
- Prepare treatment rooms with the correct setup, products, and ambiance, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Assist with client reception, ensure smooth flow of spa operations, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities.
- Learn about various essential oils, their properties, and safe application methods for aromatherapy treatments.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the spa and hotel.
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
- Continuously seek feedback and actively engage in personal and professional development.
