Job Description
Join our vibrant team at Hilton Worldwide in Pompano Beach as a Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in hospitality, as no prior experience is necessary. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
- Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
- Keep linen closets and storage areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures.

- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
