Job Description

Join our vibrant team at Hilton Worldwide in Pompano Beach as a Hotel Housekeeper / Room Attendant! You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
  • Ensure all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Keep linen closets and storage areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
  • Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures.
