Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an IV Hydration Nurse. This is a unique opportunity to work in a luxury wellness lounge environment, focusing on elective health and beauty treatments. The ideal candidate will have excellent IV insertion skills, a strong client-centric approach, and a passion for holistic wellness. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough client assessments, including health history and vital signs, to ensure suitability for IV hydration therapy.
- Administer IV infusions and vitamin injections accurately and safely, adhering to all protocols and medical standards.
- Monitor clients during and after treatments, promptly addressing any adverse reactions or concerns.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various IV therapies, post-treatment care, and recommend personalized wellness plans.
- Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring accurate documentation of treatments, consent forms, and client progress.
- Ensure the treatment area is clean, sterile, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to provide a seamless and exceptional client experience.
- Actively participate in promoting services and products, contributing to client retention and business growth through excellent service and recommendations.
Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in ER, ICU, medical-surgical, or an infusion setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in IV catheter insertion and venipuncture techniques (all gauges).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Basic computer proficiency for electronic health records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience in a spa, wellness, or aesthetic clinic environment.
- Advanced Certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS).
- Knowledge of nutrition, vitamins, and holistic health practices.
- Sales or client retention experience, with a comfort level discussing service options and packages.
