Job Description
Are you a budding creative eager to make your mark in the digital world, specifically on Pinterest? Leo Burnett is seeking a Junior Creative to join our innovative team in Arlington Heights. This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to build a robust portfolio while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a leading agency. You will conceptualize, design, and execute visually stunning content tailored for the Pinterest platform, working closely with strategists and account managers to bring brand visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts specifically optimized for Pinterest, including static pins, video pins, story pins, and idea pins.
- Collaborate with senior creatives, copywriters, and strategists to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
- Design visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics, layouts, and mock-ups using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure content remains fresh and effective.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for client projects.
- Manage and organize creative assets, ensuring proper file naming and storage.
- Participate in client presentations and internal creative reviews, incorporating feedback effectively.
