Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering guest inquiries and offering local recommendations.
- Assist with the delivery of items to guest rooms.
- Support the concierge desk with various guest requests.
- Ensure the hotel lobby and entrance areas are always presentable and welcoming.
- Run errands and assist other hotel departments as required.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
- Learn and grow within the role, actively seeking opportunities for development.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry luggage.
