Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Chauffeur to join our prestigious team at The Ritz-Carlton, Baltimore. This unique role combines expert chauffeuring duties with crucial team management responsibilities, ensuring our executive and VIP guests receive unparalleled transportation service. The successful candidate will not only provide safe, timely, and luxurious transport but also mentor a small team of chauffeurs, manage scheduling, maintain vehicle fleet standards, and uphold the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, efficient, and luxurious transportation services for hotel guests, executives, and VIPs.
- Manage a small team of chauffeurs, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
- Ensure all vehicles are meticulously clean, well-maintained, and fully operational before each assignment.
- Coordinate with hotel concierge and management for seamless guest pick-ups, drop-offs, and special requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local traffic patterns, road conditions, and efficient routes.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle guest luggage and personal belongings with care and professionalism.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service.
- Prepare reports on daily activities, vehicle maintenance, and team performance.
- Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues related to transportation services promptly and professionally.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of professional chauffeur experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team coordination or supervision.
- Exceptional knowledge of Baltimore city and surrounding Maryland areas.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
